Kids Club: River Falls School District

The Meyer Middle School Summer School experience will consist of three enrichment courses in the areas of Social Studies, English Language Arts, and Math. Students will attend all three classes throughout the two sessions. In Math class, your child will be building a foundation for success in math. The focus will be on fractions, percentages, equations, and an introduction to geometry. In Social Studies class, your child will be building a foundation for success in Social Studies. The focus will be on primary vs secondary sources, bias vs objectivity, and examining real-life examples and sources on various topics. In English Language Arts class, your child will be working on strengthening their writing skills. The focus will be on generating inquiry questions and doing research to support their writing.

The MS Summer School Program will be held June 16-July 18 (NO CLASSES JUNE 30-JULY 4) Classes run 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
